L Highly recommended, bought a box of 25 for testing purposes then purchased another 25 & used for my friends. You can see when certain ones are leaving your system as you can start to see a faint line. Usually within 24 hours of seeing the faint line it gets strong so if you were to be tested again then it would show as negative. Had to do a test for my employer & came back the same as as these (all negative). Just follow the instructions & you cant go wrong.
