31-Day No-Quibble Returns (Unopened Items)

We offer a 31-day returns policy on all unopened and unused products.

If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 31 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding postage costs), provided that:

  • Items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • All seals and protective packaging remain intact
  • The item is returned within 31 days of the original order date

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

If items are returned due to a fault or defect, postage costs may be refunded.

Important hygiene & safety notice

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used drug testing kits
  • Partially used kits or tampered packaging
  • Items not in a resaleable condition

This ensures all customers receive products that are safe, accurate, and reliable.

Faulty or Unclear Results

If you believe your product is faulty or you are unsure about your test results, please don’t rush to return it straight away.

In many cases, issues can be caused by user error or simple testing steps being missed, rather than a fault with the product itself.

Before contacting us, please:

  • Take clear photos of the test device and results
  • Make a note of how the test was carried out
  • Check the instructions carefully to ensure each step was followed correctly and that you have read the results at the correct time, and interpreted them correctly.

Then get in touch with our support team.

In many situations, we may be able to quickly identify the issue and guide you through the correct testing process. This often resolves the problem without the need for a return.

We’re here to help and will always aim to get you an accurate result or a suitable solution as quickly as possible.


Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will:

  • Replace faulty items where appropriate
  • Offer a refund or replacement depending on the issue
  • Help resolve the matter quickly with minimal inconvenience

How to return an item

To arrange a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return
  2. We will provide return instructions and the correct address
  3. Package your item securely to prevent damage in transit
  4. Send your return using a tracked delivery service
  5. Once received and checked, your refund will be processed

Can I return a drug testing kit if I change my mind?

Yes, you can return unopened and unused items within 31 days of purchase for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Can I return a used or opened drug test kit?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used drug testing kits.
