All our tests are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Parcel Service.

All our outer packaging is discreet brown padded jiffy packs or parcels with no company advertising or logo's

We aim to get your order into the next royal mail collection available after you order is received. Please kindly note that this is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 2 and 5 working days for delivery.Larger orders may be sent by courier or special delivery.

Orders not received within 7 days should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number.
